How It Works

Step 1:  Contact Advanced - by Phone or Email Contact Form to explain your needs and get a quote.

Step 2:  Sign Up - choose your service option and sign up with no long-term contract, just a month to month basis.

Step 3:  Set Up - This can be 1-7 days depending on the level of training required to bring our operators up to speed with exactly how to handle your calls. For Basic Service this is usually 1-2 days.

Step 4:  You're Now Live with the Best Customer Service Team in the US!   Simply forward your calls to our team when you want us to answer your calls, this can be 24/7 or just during certain times. When a call comes in, your profile will display on our operator's computer screen to answer the phone in your company name, and handle the next steps correctly based on your specified instructions. You can specify an on-call list that changes daily/weekly, or specify instructions to take orders, take messages, handle emergencies, or anything your business needs done for inbound calling customers.
